Basic Salary: £18,000 – OTE £25,000 - £30,000

Location: Medway

Hours: 5 days per week Monday to Friday - 9am – 6pm 3 days and (2 days 11am – 7pm on a rota basis and some Saturdays)

We have a great opportunity working alongside our centralised team of professional and dedicated telephone-based mortgage advisors. Our mortgage services arm, branded Mortgage Matters Direct is part of the Arun Estates Estate Agency Network incorporating Ward & Partners in Kent, Cubitt & West in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, Douglas Allen in East London and Essex and Pittis on the Isle of Wight.

Duties will include:

•Managing a professional relationship between Life Provider (Legal & General) and Arun Estates
•Liaising between Client, Mortgage Advisor and Life Provider
•Persuading clients to maintain Life Policies
•Maintaining payments and premiums for period of protection
•Booking and generating dates for mortgage appointments
•Updating XL spreadsheets on policies lapsed etc.,
