A great opportunity has arisen for a confident and enthusiastic First Line Support Assistant with a lively personality to join our fun and energetic technology company on a full time basis.

The reputation of our company is in the hands of each individual, so as well as possessing proven technical ability, you must be keen to make a difference and be passionate about helping resolve customer issues.

The successful candidate will:

• Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing advice and information
• Support customers and end users with their IT based systems
• Manage customer requests/faults via email, phone and tickets
• Maintain Domains, Office 365 and other Yearly renewal based products ensuring there is no service downtime
• Account Managing clients to manage their expectations
• Identify new product / sales opportunities and opportunities to invoice

Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving customer queries, for IT based and mobile phone services. Other duties include managing individual projects and helping with the production of monthly invoices.

In addition to this, you must be a superb communicator, have the ability to document clear and concise records and have close attention to detail.

Experience in IT support and / or mobile support is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Successful candidates:

• Need to be organised and possess advanced computer skills
• Be a great team player
• Have a lively personality and be good communicators
• Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, keen to make a difference and be passionate about helping resolve customer issues.
• Must be able to demonstrate how you have “gone the extra mile” or shown particular attention to detail.
• Be educated to A level standard and have a C grade or higher in Maths and English GCSE.
