Strode Park Foundation is a charity based in Herne Bay, Canterbury and Rainham. The Foundation has a good rating with CQC and Kent’s Premier Charity of the year (2016). It provides residential and community services to adults and children with complex disabilities.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide a high level of care to our residents ensuring their wellbeing, giving personal care, maintaining a high level of hygiene, accurately recording observations in accordance with the resident’s conditions, informing the senior on duty of any changes and responding accordingly, serving meals and assisting our residents as necessary.
Shifts are early mornings, day times or evenings and nights 7 days a week so can be worked around Family and Study commitments.
