Responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Head of Contracts and Compliance
Line management of Business Administration and Data Entry Apprentice
Monitoring and checking ESFA Provider Finance Reports and remittance reports
All staff communication of ESFA funding rules compliance
Checking of unfunded learners due to unfunded qualifications and eligibility issues
Monitoring and checking of ESFA allocations to subcontractors
Monitoring of compliance against ESFA funding rules by subcontractors
Creating and approving monthly subcontractor invoices
Creating and distributing monthly MIS and Budget Manager reports
Responding to information reports from Senior Managers and Directors
Monthly batch submissions of ESFA learners to the Hub and Delivery Gateway
MIS support to departments and administrators
PICs internal audit checks for funded learners
Monitor and support all funding contract audits
Responsible for the compliance and payment of AGE grant payments
Running DSAT and error reports and monitoring corrections
Setting up and updating qualification plans in PICs
Managing PICs administration including setting up and unlocking user accounts
Checking and installing software updates for PICs
Downloading QAR/MLP reports from the Provider Gateway
Managing and monitoring the process, status, evidence and payments for student loans through the Student Loan Company
Applying for unique learner numbers
