Location: Chatham Kent.
Status: Full time PAYE.
Hours: 40 hour week worked 24/7.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence preferably with trailer.
Avondale is a vegetation management and arboricultural contractor whose clients include highways, local authorities, rail, utility and construction.
We are looking for an experienced grounds maintenance team leader who will be responsible for the delivery of a range of works including strimming, mowing and hedge cutting, to high quality and safety standards.
You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a team leader role with the flexibility to work evenings and nights as required.
The following will be an advantage:
• CSCS
• ROM ticket
• NPTC PA1/6
In return we offer:
• basic annual salary (dependent on qualifications and experience)
• overtime at 1.5
• 28 days holiday (inc. 8 public holidays)
• contributory pension scheme
• non contributory healthcare scheme
• full PPE and tools
