PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
POSITION: Part Time; 16 hours/week
HOURS: negotiable
SALARY: £10,000 pa
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Rochester, to cover all aspects of the accounts department. A good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:-
• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Credit Control - including retentions
• Preparing payment runs
• Bank reconciliation
• Management Accounts duties
Person Specification and Attributes:-
• Good keyboard skills and strong knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office essential
• Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Well-presented and with a professional manner
• Willing to work within a small team and provide cover where needed
