Owing to continued growth we require an additional Telesales Customer Account Manager to complement our internal sales team based in Kemsing, Sevenoaks.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of customer and prospect accounts promoting the full range of spill control, containment and clean up products and services provided by Darcy Spillcare.

About you:

You will have the drive, ambition, determination and a willingness to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
A good multi-tasker with excellent communication and listening skills, who enjoys talking to and building relationships with customers.
You will have a minimum of one years proven telesales experience within the Business to Business arena.

Main Job Activities:

• Maintain and develop existing accounts allocated to you
• Manage incoming customer and prospect enquiries
• Undertake “cold call” vertical marketing campaigns
• Create and identify new business opportunities
• Set appointments for Area Sales Managers
• Maintain customer database

Performance Standards:

• Meet call performance targets
• Achieve daily order and appointment targets
• Meet targeted sales volume and margin levels
• Respond to enquiries within designated time period
• Ensure all customer event history and contact details are accurate
