Office Trainee/Work Controller
We are looking for a positive, flexible, organised individual with can a do attitude and an excellent telephone manner. Attention to detail, and the ability to work without supervision is essential, as is having excellent written and communication skills. You will mainly be assisting our service department, answering telephone calls; speaking with customers and administering our service control software and liaising with our engineers, although your duties will also include assisting our sales team with admin tasks as and when required. You must be self-motivated and task-oriented. Experience of Microsoft Office applications would be of advantage however full training will be given. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with good prospects due to our “promote from within” policy.
