About Us
Darcy Spillcare are a leading manufacturer and provider of practical pollution control products and services ensuring companies are compliant with environmental legislation.
We currently require a Training and Export Sales Administrator to support our Export Sales department based in Kemsing, Sevenoaks.
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales and development of Spill Response Training as well as full administrative sales support to the Export department helping to promoting the full range of spill control, containment and clean up products and services provided by Darcy Spillcare.
About you
A good multi-tasker with attention to detail, excellent communication and listening skills, who enjoys talking to and building relationships with customers.
You will have a minimum of one year’s proven sales administrator experience.
Basic French, Spanish or German speaker an advantage but not essential.
Main Job Activities:
• Respond to Spill Response Training enquiries from colleagues and customers and assist the customer in assessing the most suitable training requirements for their site
• Process all pre and post Spill Training administration including diary management, issuing certificates, course feedback and review.
• Deal with incoming sales enquiries by phone and email
• Prepare and issue sales quotations and follow up with customers
• Process export sales orders
• Provide administrative support to the Export Sales Manager
• Provide support to our agents and distributors worldwide
Performance Standards
• Meet training sales volume targets
• Meet targeted sales volume and margin levels
• Respond to enquiries within designated time period
• Ensure all customer event history and contact details are accurate
Hours and Salary
This is a full time position 37.5 hours a week
