About the role
The Sales Progressor’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the sales generated across the business exchange and complete within our targeted time frames, ensuring our invoiced business remains on target. With this resource, they are committed to taking their customer service offering during the sales process to a higher level to be consistent with the awesome service their award winning property management division is famed for providing.
About you
Knowledgeable – well versed in the sale of leasehold property in the UK, probably from a legal or estate agency background, you will also have a solid working knowledge of the new homes market, the legal processes involved and an understanding of property finance.
Great verbal and written communicator – you will be able to bring the parties of a sale together skillfully with your great communication skills.
Organised and conscientious – focused, task-orientated, self-starter
Team player – high awareness of team’s deadlines, priorities and needs
Fast turnaround – thrives under pressure and rises to challenges and has experience of working successfully in a challenging role
PC literate – competent and confident user of PC, MS Office, quick to learn new systems
