Are you looking to work for an award wining company in Ashford? Our client are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to start now!
You will be taking calls from existing clients and helping customers by recording their details in an online system, gathering the information for the specialist teams . You will ensure that the highest level of technical quality and customer service is maintained at all times.
Hours
Our hours of business are 8.30 -8.30 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturday. You will be expected to work 37.5 hrs per week across these hours to include evenings and Saturdays.
There may be opportunities to remain with the company on a permanent basis for suitable candidates.
So if you are:
Able to think on your feet, have a positive attitude,
Good at building strong, long relationships with customers and colleagues.
Good at explaining thing in a simple, patient and effective way.
