Working alongside a well-established multi channel trade supplier in the Folkestone area, we are currently seeking an organised and motivated individual to lead the dispatch of goods to customers around the country.
As Dispatch Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring dispatch requirements are met on time and with minimal errors. You will oversee picking, packing and distribution activity across the business staying in constant communication with order processors in case of updates or queries. You will check parcels throughout the day to ensure the right product has been picked for the customer's order and notify colleagues of any issues or delays that may impact customer service.
