We’re looking for front-end developers with two or more years commercial experience to join the Deeson agency team working on a range of digital projects.

We're strong believers in open source and use a range of platforms including Drupal, Laravel, React and Node to do all sorts of interesting projects for our clients and for our in-house innovation labs.

If you believe in technical excellence and have the communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Deeson colleagues and directly with our clients, then this could be a great role for you.

Your responsibilities:

1. Developing innovative, high quality technical solutions that really do the job
2. Building relationships with clients and helping them to achieve their goals
3. Using your insight to help plan and drive project delivery
4. Leading the team in your technical specialism
5. Giving code and experience back to the open source community
6. Research new technologies and ways of delivering projects
7. Presenting and rationalising your work internally and to our clients.
8. Maintaining and championing high quality technical standards for all the agency’s output.

5. Great written and face to face communication skills
6. An ability to work well in a cross-disciplinary project team

Who we're looking for - the "nice-to-haves"

1. Experience of delivery using the Scrum methodology
2. Experience working with front-end frameworks like Angular or React
