PREMIUM ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN - £25,000 -£35,000
Our client, a Lloyd's Syndicate based in the City is looking for a Premium Accounting Technician to join their team.
This role would be suitable for someone interested in working on the technical side of finance with premiums and claims transactions and NOT credits and debits.
Duties;
·Carry out reconciliations between cash paid and received against entries processed by the in-house broker in the SUN ledger system
·Investigate unallocated cash
·Produce journals as required and maintain an audit trail
·Take responsibility for specific accounts
·Adhere to all internal and regulatory requirements
·Resolve legacy issues and where appropriate, submit transactions to the IMR/Xchanging.
Knowledge of LPANS/LCCFs and London Market would be preferable.
