Do you have Administration experience? Would you like the opportunity to work within an Accounts department and learn all about Accounts payable? If so we have an ideal role for you. Our client is an international company who are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to work within their team of 10.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Processing expenses
* Processing customer payments
* Filing
* Photocopying
* Scanning
* Covering work when the team members are on annual leave within Accounts Payable
This role is to start on Monday 12th June and is on a contract basis, employed by our client until September. Please note there may be opportunities for the right candidate to be recruited within an Accounts role after this.
Our client offers:
* 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
* Free parking
* Private Healthcare
* 3% Employer pension contribution
Our clients ideal candidate will have the following:
* A Team Player who enjoys providing excellent administrative support to a busy team
* Administration experience
* Accounts Payable experience an advantage but not essential
* Studying towards an AAT qualification an advantage but not essential
* MS Office experience
* Technical Skills: Numerical and analytical skills.
* Planning and Organisation: Self-motivated and able to efficiently manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities.
You will need to be conscientious, enthusiastic and work to a high level of quality and integrity.
