Our Client is part of a impressive hotel chain but as Operations Manager you will be part of a large team managing this prestigious Spa 4* Hotel set in 20 acres of grassland close to Maidstone.
Our client is looking for someone that can provide leadership, clear vision, direction and appropriate support for the hotel team.
Health & Safety is a key part to this role ensuring you are proactively minimising risk to staff, customers and contractors; fostering a strong Health & Safety culture; as well as implementing energy conservation measures and environmental work practises.
Our clients have processes in place to maintain their brand integrity, your role would be to ensure these processes are implemented and monitor the effectiveness.
You will be monitoring the commercial impact to ensure the planned revenue margins and profit targets are delivered and exploit opportunities in a way that optimises results.
The operations manager will be customer focused and reflect on the needs and expectation of the customers stay.
You will need to able to consistently demonstrate professional management behaviours and decisions taken in line with the Company’s value.
