Are you looking for a new opportunity within a fast paced environment? Do you have experience managing a team on 5 people or more? Would you like to receive an excellent salary and free parking? If the answer is yes then we have the position for you!
I am currently working in partnership with a company based on the outskirts of Tonbridge who are looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager to oversee the small team of Administrators and Engineers. The successful candidates will be able to complete the following duties:
* Managing a small team
* Setting KPI's and managing the team’s performance
* Offering support to the team
* Managing and maintaining clients accounts
* Processing invoices and updating all records
* Resolving any client complaints
The successful candidate will have experienced in the following:
*Proven leadership and management experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience working within a fast paced environment and to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate
