Legal Secretary with proven experience of working within the area of Family Law. To provide, assist and support with all secretarial and administrative duties. Audio and copy typing of all correspondence to include letters, legal forms (using Oyez) and quotes. Arranging appointments, assisting clients, handling confidential information, working as part of a team, filing of correspondence. Accessing and inputting data on to the companies client case management system.
You must possess the following attributes:
Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary within Family Law
A fast and accurate typing speed (a Legal secretarial qualification is desirable)
The ability to manage a busy workload
Excellent attention to detail
A good working knowledge of Word is essential
