Our well established client is who is part of an independent Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Advisors to work in the Medway Area.

As a Sales Advisor, your role will involve:
•Delivering high level of customer service.
•A high level of telephone work, following up leads, liaising with clients, gathering and communicating feedback on properties viewed.
•Accompanying clients on property viewings.
•Working to targets.
•Generating sales leads for mortgage appointment, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for Listers.

You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Sales Advisor who is highly motivated to work in one of their successful offices. You would ideally have previous experience as an Estate Agent and perhaps you are keen to begin valuation training. This is a fantastic career with lots of promotional opportunities.

Salary: £15,000 plus commission OTE £25,000-£30,000 (£18,750 guaranteed earnings first 3 months). Expected Earnings Year 1: £25,000-£30,000. As you develop your skills through their award winning training programme and progress up the promotional ladder, earnings for their senior people can be double this and more!

Hours: 5 days per week including a Saturday (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm and a Saturday 8.30am-5pm)
