Are you a graduate or equivalent? Do you have excellent Sales skills with a consultative approach when speaking to customers? Do you enjoy up selling and cross selling products? Would you like the opportunity to lead a team in staff meetings, updating the team on new products etc? If so we have an ideal role for you.

Our client is a well established and successful organisation based in Folkestone who are seeking a new addition to their Technical Sales team.

The duties within this position include: -

Leading a team of 4

Processing orders from the website and over the telephone

Processing orders form ebay

Answering inbound calls from customers relating to late deliveries, broken or damaged goods

Liaising with the accounts team regarding returns

Dealing with customer enquiries regarding purchase orders and deliveries

Liaising with delivery companies to arrange delivery of goods

E-mailing order confirmation to clients

Recording all returned items back into stock



Skills/Attributes required:

A degree (or equivalent)

Experience of working within a sales environment within an office is essential

Team leader experience would be an advantage but not essential

Excellent communication skills
