We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for our prestigious client based in Deal, Kent.
You will be required to work within a brigade of up to 6 and be able to serve up to 70 covers within the Restaurant.
Shifts will be split as you will be required to work lunch and then dinner service. You will be required to work up to 45 hours per week 5 days out of 7.
