This successful practice of accountants is building a strong reputation with clients for high quality work and customer care. As the practice’s Taxation Senior, you will play an important part in the team and have the opportunity to develop your personal career.

This is a mixed taxation role which would really suit a highly experienced and fairly autonomous tax professional. It will involve most aspects of personal and business tax, as well as tax planning and team support for associated areas such as CIS and payroll.

Specifically, you will be processing and submitting tax returns; managing the CGT and IHT computations and planning, and ensuring effective workflow of computations and returns through the firm. For business tax, you will be preparing and submitting returns; IXBRL tagging, checking HMRC assessments, and preparing P11Ds, S36s, etc. Your knowledge and expertise will allow you to be required for the development and improvement of methods and systems. There will also be the opportunity to support the Tax Director with any investigations.

To be considered this position you will need to have extensive taxation experience gained within accountancy practice. Professional qualification at ATT or CTA level will be highly regarded, but qualified by experience would certainly be of interest.
