On behalf of our client we are looking for a Marketing Executive to assist the marketing manager and business development team with the marketing and sales activities of this agency.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Manage agency social media channels including creating engaging content for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, mirroring the agencies content plan
• Management of website content including the creation of new pages and blog content
• Completing weekly marketing reporting metrics/ scorecards
• Responding in a timely fashion to incoming sales enquiries and management/ follow-up with new business team
• Management of new business marketing leads in CRM system
• Creation of monthly newsletters (content and imagery) via Sitecore ExM
• Researching event venues in London and wider UK locations
• Attending local and agency wide events
• Managing pre and post event follow up via email and CRM including adding account, contact and lead information to CRM.
• Managing monthly webinars (content, Eventbrite, email promotion, hosting, data collection)
• Adding sales and marketing data to CRM
