725 Limited are looking for an Experience E- Commerce Administrator for our Client based in the Medway area.
The E-commerce departments are responsible for sending orders out to customers in a timely manner and ensuring packaging standards are kept high whilst still working towards KPI requirements
The main duties are as follows:
Replying to Emails in a timely and professional manner.
Making sure orders are dispatched and sorted as quickly as possible.
Creating invoices for international orders.
Ensuring all replacements orders are sent and stock is adjusted.
Dealing with stock coming from stores for orders.
Working with the team problem solving and thinking of new ways to improve department.
The role will require some overtime and the odd weekend working to support demanding customer needs.
Admin experience would be an advantage
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focused.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
MS Office basic level.
Ability to work within a team or using own initiative.
Good Understanding in both written and spoken English
Monday to Friday
8.30 am to 17.00
Temp to Perm
£7.75 / 7.97 Per Hour
