A rare opportunity has arised to join my client as a Logistics Administrator based in Maidstone.
The role will be reporting directly into the office manager and you will be responsible for the following:
Inputting new sales onto the system
Generating invoices
Order fulfilment
Managing the logistics of deliveries to clients
Negotiating with logistics partners
Ad-hoc admin duties
We are looking for candidates with a background in administration, who can work independently and to deadlines.
If you have knowledge of the logistics industry that would be an advantage.
You will need to be:
Organised
Have excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise
Good customer focus
A good team player
