A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients prestigious office in Kings Hill.
The role will be responsible for receiving calls from customers and to provide relevant information.
Other responsibilities will include
Advising and updating customers
Updating the database
Provide support to internal colleagues
Provide a first class service
General administration
We are looking for candidates who have a solid background in customer service and who can offer clients a great service.
You must have excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
