Dynamic Motor Insurance Sales Advisor

A leading taxi insurance provider with offices throughout the UK. Due to continued success they are currently looking for high quality sales advisors to join an already outstanding sales team based in their Romford office.

The Job;
You will be working for an exceptionally successful company that provides a range of Taxi insurance products. Duties will include inbound and outbound calls, up selling and offering various insurance products that meet your customers' needs.

They are looking for applicants who are good communicators, work well as part of a team and can build rapport quickly. Exceptional closing skills are a must, as is the ambition to be the best.

Proven track record within a sales environment essential.

Requirements;
·You MUST be highly motivated.
·Proven sales experience.
·Able to work to targets and KPI's.
·Communicate clearly, positively and effectively both verbally and in writing.
·Ability to build long term relationships with clients and insurers
·Work effectively and in an organised manner both independently and as part of a team
·Listen to the requirements of our clients and identify their needs
·Be positive, enthusiastic and proactive

The role offers a great basic salary along with a monthly bonus plan. They offer commission, a generous holiday entitlement and a professional, friendly working environment.
