Credit Controller
2 x Contract Roles (one is 6 months and one is until end of March 2018)
About the Role:
·Accurate allocation of Direct Cash or Bureau Settlements against entries processed.
·Collect the of premium due and minimise the debt owed.
Duties:
·Liaise on a regular basis with Underwriting Teams to ensure prompt collection of Premium
·Liaise with Brokers to ensure prompt collection of Premiums and to agree any technical offset of Claim payments.
·Issue Broker Statements in order to collect all premiums
·Ensure Cash is allocated at the earliest opportunity.
·Accurately allocate direct payments received from Brokers at the earliest opportunity.
·Ensure that the narrative notes on the system for all unpaid/part paid/ overpaid debt and queried cash items are maintained and up to date.
·Regularly monitor the unallocated cash report, at least weekly.
·Monitor and report internally upon overdue premiums at least monthly
·Manage and ensure internal and external queries are responded to in a timely manner.
·Complete regular reports as required for various internal deadlines and meetings
·Ensure that Team SLA's and KPI's are understood and met.
Experience from the insurance industry is essential to be successful in this role
