Recruitment Resourcer - Hertfordshire and / City of London
Opportunity to join a team of specialist Insurance Recruiters as a Resourcer. We are looking for someone that is able to work in both our Hertfordshire and City of London offices. We recruit across all lines of Insurance for Lloyds, London and Company Markets.
Duties;
- Speaking to and meeting candidates to discuss their CV and experience and identifying suitable roles.
- Calling shortlists of candidates and discussing relevant vacancies.
- Sourcing candidates using job boards.
- Preparing attractive cv's with all up to date and relevant information.
- Creating and posting job adverts.
- Arranging interviews with candidates and obtaining feedback.
- Working as part of a busy team.
The ideal canidate will have excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
No previous recruitment experience is required but office/admin experience would be preferred. If you are hardworking and looking to work in a fast paced role, please apply now!
