We have an Accounts person vacancy in the Folkestone area. This role is offered on a part time basis, 3 days a week - full days of 9.30 - 5.30pm
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have accounts experience.
The role will be suitable for:

An experienced Legal Cashier or Book Keeper with good computer literacy.
Preferably you will have a Legal or Estate Agency/Lettings background and you must be familiar with terminology such as nominals, disbursements etc.
The role:
*
Day to day accounts management and book keeping
*
Dealing with monthly office and client account reconciliations
*
Dealing with monthly rental payments
*
Prioritising invoice payments and monitoring Direct Debits
*
Writing cheques and making appropriate payments
*
General admin duties when required
This role is available immediately for the right candidate.
