Insurance Admin Team Leader

£20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
Barker Munro Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well known Insurance Company based in Kent who is looking for an Administration Team Leader to join their team.
The main responsibilities of the position would be to manage a team of 5 Administration Assistants who provide support across all areas of the business, encompassing the management of post workflow and filing systems, maintenance of accurate spreadsheets and databases and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for the daily management of workflows, ensuring all staff are briefed on the jobs for the day and that these are allocated accordingly. You will be responsible for staff development, performance, training, inductions, audits and making sure SLA’s/KPI’s are adhered to. You will manage third party suppliers such as Royal Mail and will be accountable for an effective post process to mitigate leakage and to make sure all litigation documents, complaints, credit hire and serious injury documents are allocated according and within the business SLA’s.
To be considered for the position of Insurance Admin Team Leader you will need to have previous experience in managing an administration function. Candidates who have insurance company environment experience would be at an advantage however this is not essential. You will be a pro active self starter who is able to work well under pressure and who can motivate other individuals as well as command respect as a team leader.
