Basic Salary: £15,000 plus commission OTE £25,000 - £30,000 (£18,750 guaranteed earnings first 3 months)

Location: Medway Area

Hours: 5 days per week including a Saturday.

Ward & Partners are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Advisors that would be highly motivated to work in one of our successful offices. You would ideally have previous experience as an Estate Agent and perhaps you are keen to begin valuation training.

Duties will include:

•Delivering a high level of customer service by “out- passioning” our competitors.
•Part of your role will be out and about, accompanying our clients on property viewings so you must be able to drive.
•Working to targets.
•Generating sales leads for mortgage appointment, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for our Listers.

We are looking for people who are driven by a career and whilst your expected Year 1 earnings will be between £25,000 and £30,000, as you develop your skills through our award winning training programme and progress up the promotional ladder, earnings for our senior people can be double this and more!
