We are seeking a very talented Fulfilment Manager to join a highly successful and large organisation for an initial 6 month period. Based in the sea-side town of Folkestone, you will be working for one of the towns most desirable companies to work for and progress your career.

Reporting directly into the Senior Marketing Manager, your role will require you to establish and manage the marketing fulfilment function of the companies membership scheme whilst managing 1 direct report. You should be able to pull upon your strong fulfilment background and be able to manage multiple marketing projects.

This position would really suit a highly driven, analytical and organised marketer with experience with Direct Marketing.

Furthermore, the role will involve:

• Manage all marketing collateral – oversee briefs and liaise with all relevant and involved departments such as internal marketing teams, design studios, fulfilment/mailing departments and external agencies
• Liaise with print purchasing to ensure delivery of materials
• Ensure consistent messages are produced across all marketing communications
• Manage and develop marketing campaigns, communication plane and other marketing projects
• Work with external agencies and Membership teams to create to test and learn plans to maximise memberships and customer engagement
• Review marketing campaigns by appropriate analysis and adjust plans to maximise return
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure campaigns are produced smoothly and on time
• Produce and maintain relevant marketing communications budgets
• Presenting to senior stakeholders
• Act as deputy manager when line manager is away


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Marketing Degree/CIM certificate or relevant qualification
• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Work flexibly and pro-actively
• Experience with produce timely marketing campaigns/communications
• Experience with DM
• Excellent team working skills
• Have a passion to succeed
