Established in 2005, VooServers is a small but rapidly growing IT/Data Centre Services company based in Maidstone, Kent looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative website and marketing strategist.

As a website and marketing strategist you will be responsible for managing and developing our website and its related marketing efforts.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining our company website
- Monitoring search engine results and website analytics
- Compiling website and marketing reports for monthly management meetings
- Developing online marketing campaigns
- Developing and implementing our SEO strategy
- Creating website and marketing graphics such as adverts and brochures
- Reporting to the sales & marketing manager on day to day activities

The role is ideal for someone who has good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop either self-taught or previous commercial experience and a foundation knowledge of HTML and CSS. The role will also have a heavy focus on search engine optimisation so a basic understanding of SEO and how it helps businesses is essential.

The role will allow opportunity to develop and implement your own ideas and strategies. There will be a large element of self-learning via various resources we have access to so self-motivation is key.

Candidates who are able to submit a design portfolio of previous work or create some sample graphics specific to our website are most likely to succeed in an application. It should also be noted that your CV is a chance to display your creative side and those doing so are more likely to be successful.

Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus bank holidays rising to 25 days for long service.
