Inbound Call Sales Advisor Temporary Cover

We are looking to recruit a team of Experienced Sales Advisors, to join our multi-award winning family based business in Ashford Kent. Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 8.30pm and Saturdays 9am – 1pm, you will work on a rota basis, 37.5 hours per week. This is initially a temp role however could lead to a perm role for the right candidates.

The key purpose of the role is to respond to inbound calls from existing clients and to maximise their retention. You will be required to complete online forms and gather sufficient information for an add-on claim to be processed whilst ensuring that the highest level of technical quality and customer service is maintained at all times.

All about the Role!
• Delivery of agreed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Consistently meeting daily sales targets
• Effectively manage high levels of inbound calls from existing customers
• Fully utilise customer management systems, ensuring that relevant data is entered and updated.
• Attend and contribute to Contact Centre Team meetings
• To remain up to date with current processes and procedures both at HMRC but also within the group to
ensure that knowledge of these practices is relevant for the role.
• Attend training as appropriate to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

All About you!
To have at least one year’s proven call centre sales experienced in outbound calls.
You will need to be very target driven, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional and listening skills. Build instant rapport, self-motivated to succeed whilst focusing on exceeding your set targets.
Ability to be empathetic and demonstrate patience with understanding. Be skilled in sales techniques, questioning skills, to have resilience and able to overcome objections for this you need to know your products inside out and have the skill to negotiate and close the sale.
Adaptable and flexible, to be organised and self-motivated with capability to work to time critical deadlines and caseloads.
