MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A LETTINGS MANAGER TO COVER TWO OFFICES

£18-25,000 BASIC DOE £35/40,000 OTE + CAR

My client currently has a position available for a DUAL BRANCH LETTINGS MANAGER

You will be ideally ARLA qualified although this is not essential.

A stable background and track record in lettings and business development and good liaison skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients and tenants in this busy department

Used to working in a targeted environment and enjoy over achieving targets and providing excellent levels of customer service.

Responsibilities to include:
•To ensure a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained when dealing with the public both face-to-face over the telephone.
•To pro-actively market local property with a view to securing lets.
•The ability to cover two offices - Folkestone & Dover
•To manage a lettings team to achieve targets
•Coach, develop, train and motivate staff
