We are a growing search marketing agency based in Sevenoaks with an enviable reputation for quality and customer services working with both SME and FTSE 100 clients across retail, professional services, and charity sector.

Our agency is growing rapidly and we are looking for someone to come in and support on a number of support tasks ranging from account management, business development, marketing and finance. If you are switched on; numerate; inquisitive; enthusiastic; and motivated, then we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

Finance
• Cash collections
• Cashflow updates
• Invoices
• Invoice allocation
• Financial reports
• Expense processing

Account Management

• Harvest project management admin
• Forecast schedule admin
• Project reporting
• Time sheet analysis
• Folder structure governance

Business Development

• Pipedrive admin
• Case Study writing
• Press Releases writing
• Social Media updates

General

• Source office supplies
• Social events coordination


Key Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and deliver insights and recommendations
• High attention to detail
• Numerate and articulate
• Confident with a positive can –do attitude
• An excellent understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent organisational skills and initiative
• Methodological way of working and ability to cope with competing demands and prioritise tasks accordingly


Personal

• Passionate about high qulaity
• Keen to learn and develop yourself
• Positive thinker with high levels of enthusiasm
• Proactive and inquisitive
• Copes well when under pressure
