Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will provide a pro-active, expert and legally compliant recruitment consultancy service to your allocated business areas within the Saga Group.

In collaboration with the hiring manager you will take ownership for the full recruitment plans for each vacancy, including job design, attraction strategy and selection methodology, ensuring that Saga Customers are at the heart of all stages in the process and that the Saga Employer Brand underpins everything that you do.

You will work as part of the Saga Recruitment team, and will need to ensure that you work collaboratively with your peers, supporting the delivery of the underlying principles of ‘One Saga’ and to ultimately deliver a consistent candidate experience that is representative of our organisation and brand.

As part of the overall Recruitment Strategy, you will also be expected to work closely within our local communities, delivering presentations and guest talks to Schools, Colleges and Universities, and to represent Saga as an employer of choice at various community events.
