My client, an International Manufacturer, is looking to appoint an Assistant Accountant on an interim basis. You will be responsible for Prepare, print and send by post daily sales invoices, Reconcile sales ledger accounts against monies received, Check any queries with sales ledger accounts and liaise with relevant shared service team, Raise credit notes for customer accounts and Check purchase ledger accounts for any queries and deal with relevant purchasing team.
Other duties will include:
Run weekly consignment log and email to supplier for replenishing stock
Check weekly bank balances against ledger accounts
Raise one off bank payments via online bank account
Run weekly company manager reports
Deal with incoming and outgoing post for UK and overseas
To be considered for this role you must be immediately available, at least AAT qualified or equivalent and have good strong knowledge of excel.
