Assistant SM required as part of team on large new build housing scheme - Sutton. To £40k + package

Your new company
We are actively looking for a site manager to join the team on a new multi phased Residential project in the Camberwell area. the project is a mixture of houses and apartments and due to run for the next 2 years. The project is moving on to internals and a need has now arisen for an additional assistant SM to oversee approx 30 units from 1st fix to handover. this is a long term assignment with candidates from temp or perm backgrounds considered. It is highly likely the successful candidate will be offered a temp to perm role.

Your new role
You will be working as part of a 3 man management team and be given your own section of works to supervise, you will be responsible for taking your units form first fix to full cml handover.

Day to day duties will include Sub-contract management, Quality control, H&S enforcement, and ensuring all relevant day to day paperwork completed.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working for a volume developer or a contractor on a 100 unit+ job is preferred, 1st Aid, cscs are essential, SMSTS is preferred but not essential.
