As a Team Manager you will want to bring your excellent coaching and management skills to drive performance.

You will be inspiring, motivational and want to help the team achieve their goals and perform at their best.

It's important that you are able to expertly balance people's needs with the needs of the business and most importantly the customer.

As part of the clients growing Contact Centre Team you'll be working collaboratively with other Team Managers to support the delivery of great service, bookings and team development.

Able to deliver feedback and able to use relevant data and metrics to coach and drive the performance of your team members.

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a candidate with several years experience of managing people within a contact centre environment with a strong background in customer service.

Able to cope with pressure and adapt to challenging situations quickly you will be guaranteed that no two days will be the same.

We are looking for the best to join our client's team. They pride themselves on being able to offer exciting challenges, whilst providing a fantastic environment in which to work. Along with pension, medical insurance, enhanced maternity, cycle-to-work schemes, etc and we also have birthday days off.

HOURS:
You will need to be available across the opening hours of the contact centre. Shift rotas are agreed 12 weeks in advance.

Monday to Friday 8am - 11pm.
Saturday / Sunday 8.30am - 8pm

Week 1 - Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm

Week 2 - 4 days per week Monday to Friday 1pm - 9pm plus 1 day at the weekend 8.30am - 5.30pm
