Senior SM - To oversee 200+ RC apartment scheme in Greenwich.

Your new company
One of the country's leading developers, working across central and South East London on a variety of inner city apartment schemes including several of London's flagship riverside projects. With record production targets and multiple new sites starting they now seek a Senior Site manager to oversee a large new build apartment scheme in the Greenwich area.

Your new role
As Senior SM you will be No.1 on site working closely with a regional contracts manager. Along with your team you will be responsible for Sub-contract management, Chairing weekly progress meetings, toolbox talks, H&S, Quality control, tracking programme, ensuring flow of information between all internal and external parties and generally ensuring the smooth running of your phase.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong Senior management background in house building or contracting, ideally on the larger RC frame developments. 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS are a prerequisite This is a key site to the business and built on a tight footprint and landlocked on 3 sides so will be a challenging build..
