Customer Service Representative job based in Bromley up to £20,000 pa for a pharmaceutical manufacturer

Your new company
This pharmaceutical manufacturer based in the Bromley area are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team. Your key objective is to ensure the highest level of service is provided for customers.

Your new role
You will be working with in the Customer Service team in the office as the first point of contact for all customer queries. Your excellent communication skills will be a perfect fit for this fast pasted role as you will be in constant liaison with customers, ensuring the highest level of service is provided. The role will involve but is not limited to taking customer orders, raising invoices, logging customer information and reporting feedback to management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be self-motivated and thrive working in a fast paced environment. You will need to be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and previous experience using Sage is desirable but not essential. Your confidence on the phone will be ideal for this role, as there is a lot of customer telephone interaction.

What you'll get in return
