Corporate Administrator
Salary: £18-21k pro rata (DOE)
Location: Canterbury, Kent
Our client, a prestigious automotive company, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join the team at their showroom in Canterbury, Kent.
The successful candidate will be an energetic individual with good interpersonal skills and high level of self-motivation.
The role is Monday – Friday. Flexibility is available on the total weekly hours but will be fixed as agreed (i.e. 9am – 5pm, 8:30am – 3:30pm, 9am – 4pm, etc.).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Working directly with the corporate business managers
• Handling customer enquiries
• Booking handovers
• Arranging test drives
• Quoting finance rates
• Various paper work administration
• Customer updates
• Booking appointments for the corporate manager
• Progress chasing vehicle preparation
• Database management
To be successful you will have:
• High skill level of Word, Excel
• Database management skills
• Passion for great customer service
• Full valid UK driving license is essential
Training will be provided on Manufactures systems and CRM database.
