You will provide professional and timely support for clients using the system, this will be via telephone and email to troubleshoot problems or queries and advise on the appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
Daily duties;
- Respond to requests for assistance via phone or electronically.
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and the service provided is in line with the client’s service agreement
- To establish and maintain a good working relationship with clients
- Diagnose and resolve and walk customers through problem solving process
- Ensure all calls are accurately logged, collecting sufficient information from the customer
