Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 DOE

Pro-Force Limited, an award winning National Recruitment Agency supplying temporary labour to the agricultural, horticultural and industrial sectors, is looking for a committed International Recruitment Coordinator to join our Head Office team.
Reporting directly into the Group Business Manager, this role would suit a committed, flexible and dedicated individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding set targets.
The main duties are as follows:
International recruitment (telephone and job fairs)
Meeting internal order requirements
Coordinating arrivals and inducting new starters
Carrying out open days overseas
The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of travel required, both within the UK and abroad. Drivers licence is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both English and Bulgarian
IT literate, with excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
