We have a vacancy for a Property Inventory Clerk to work in the Medway and Swale area. Experience within the lettings industry is desirable, however well organised and confident individuals from other industries will be considered, as full training will be given. You will represent the Company and our clients and be able to provide excellent face to face interaction with Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants so will need to be:
- Meticulous, with a great eye for detail
- Confident interacting with tenants and clients
- Assured at time management and working independently
- Computer literate
- Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Have a full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential
