Direction Law is a well-established law firm with our head office in Canterbury and we are looking for full time administrators in several departments to join our team.
All of the roles available are to provide key assistance to both Fee Earners and other members of the departments and will involve a mixture of client file administration work and providing excellent communication to our clients by email and telephone.
Duties will include, sending letters and emails to key stakeholders related to client files, such as clients, other solicitors, lenders etc., data entry onto our Case Management system Partner for Windows, using and updating spreadsheet systems and speaking with those key stakeholders on the telephone.
The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be computer literate with good experience of Microsoft programs, an excellent communicator and be able demonstrate very strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in an office environment is essential, legal office experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full on the job training will be given in each role.
As mentioned this is a full time role our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and salary will depend on experience.
