Our client has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Cylindrical Grinder Operator to join their team on the outskirts of Canterbury.

As a Cylindrical Grinder, you will be required set and operate grinding machines from drawings to finished parts.

-City & Guilds/Craft or Technician or proven experience in mechanical principles would be a benefit.
-Fully conversant in Cylindrical Grinding processes.
-Basic problem solving skills.

The following qualifications are also desirable:
-ONC in Manufacturing/Engineering discipline

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 and Friday 08:00 - 15:45 - 39 hours per week. Overtime on Saturdays can be worked depending on the work load and when required.
