Accounts Assistant, Paying up to 30k, North Kent
A construction company based in Dartford are seeking an Accounts Assistant. With over 20 years' experience providing piling solutions to Major projects across the UK. The company prides itself on its innovation, professional knowledge and experience.
They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing business. The ideal candidate with have 3-5 years' experience in accounting.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Processing purchase ledger invoices - circa 500 per month
* Preparing weekly supplier payments
* Statement reconciliations
* Credit control
* Raising sales applications/invoices
* Weekly payroll (40 employees) & monthly payroll (18 employees)
* Processing pension payments
* Bank reconciliation
* Manual bank/chq payments
* EC sales list
* CIS return
